As Head of Group Human Resources in OCBC Bank, Jason Ho had led the people and organisational strategy of the bank between 2015 and 2022. Prior to assuming that role, he had garnered over 30 years of corporate and regional treasury experiences in the financial industry at Asia Pacific level. The crossover from business operations to human resource management had placed him in a strong position to bridge the gap between business and people agenda and prepare for a future that is ready to embrace change brought by technological reforms and the digital revolution.
Jason is a strong believer in human resource transformation with the singular purpose of driving an employee’s experience that will bring out the best in the person in order to achieve positive business outcome for an organisation.
Jason was also extensively involved in contributing towards community initiatives relating to the development of human resources in Singapore. Towards this end, he had served as Director of The Institute of HR Professionals (IHRP) and a member of the HR Industry Transformation Advisory Panel (HRTAP).
