Archana Srinivasan, HR Director, is responsible for SNC-Lavalin Atkins’ human resources development and regional HR operations in Asia. She has over 15 years of experience in human resources management.
Archana joined Atkins in August 2012 as HR manager for Singapore and has since managed various roles including head of functions like recruitment, mobility, learning & talent development. She currently double hats as the regional HR Business Partner for their Engineering, Design and Project Management business in Asia. Her specialities include change management, talent management and HR transformation.
Prior to Atkins, she has worked in information technology, animation and design industries. Archana is a senior professional member of IHRP since 2018 and is a member of its Covid-19 HR taskforce. She graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce and holds a Masters in Business Administration.
